Shipping

Smaller recovery tools — percussion guns, foam rollers, mobility balls, compression sleeves — ship from our US warehouse within 2–3 business days via standard ground carriers. Tracking is emailed automatically once your order leaves the warehouse.

Larger equipment such as ice baths, chillers, and massage chairs ships by freight. Our team coordinates a delivery appointment with you and the carrier so someone is on site for the arrival.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $200 within the contiguous United States. Freight items carry a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Returns

We want you to keep what you love. Recovery tools and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.

Large equipment — ice baths, chillers, and massage chairs — is returnable within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Because of freight costs, restocking and return shipping fees apply, and we will provide a written quote before authorising the return.

Damaged or defective items are always covered — return shipping is on us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund quickly.

Warranty

Every Self Centre Fitness product is covered by a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, motor failure, and pump failure under normal home use. Ice bath shells and chillers carry an extended structural warranty — see the relevant product page for details.

Warranty claims are handled directly by our team. Email info@selfcentrefitness.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few photos or a short video. Most claims are resolved within five business days with a repair, replacement part, or new unit shipped at no cost.

    Smaller recovery tools ship within 2–3 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. Larger items such as ice baths and massage chairs are dispatched within 5–10 business days and delivered by appointment with a freight carrier.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Standard shipping is free on orders over $200 within the contiguous US. Oversized freight items (ice baths, chillers, massage chairs) have a flat freight rate calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship across the United States and Canada. International customers can contact us directly at info@selfcentrefitness.co.uk for a custom freight quote.

  • What is your returns policy?

    Photograph the packaging and product before unboxing further and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost — please do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

  • Do you offer installation for larger equipment?

    White-glove delivery and installation is available in select metro areas for ice baths and massage chairs. Select the option at checkout if your address is eligible, or contact us for a custom quote.
